In this case, we were building the 'content funnel' that helps us represent our business by creating the right content to solve the target audience's problems.
The content marketing funnel comprises four stages: awareness, engagement, purchase, and delight. Each stage of the customer's journey should have a distinct purpose, as should the content delivered to them at those phases.
